Coastal Events MV brings together thoughtful event coordination and the power and production support that make it all possible. My name is Jenna Sylvia, and my husband, Zach, and I are both born-and-raised Vineyarders with a deep love for coastal Massachusetts and the communities that make it special.
Hospitality and client service have been at the heart of my entire working life, and over the past decade, I’ve found my true passion in event coordination. The Cape and Islands offer an extraordinary backdrop for celebrations, with beautiful venues, talented vendors, and a character all their own. But turning a scenic setting into a seamless event takes more than a spectacular view.
Our farms, fields, beaches, historic buildings, and private residences bring the beauty, but they don’t always come with the electrical capacity or infrastructure a celebration requires. That’s where our combined expertise comes in. With my background in coordination and Zach’s electrical expertise, we connect the creative vision with the practical details—from timelines and vendor logistics to mobile power, lighting, parking, and event infrastructure.
